Three unforgettable days filled with cross-country skiing, biathlon, ski jumping and Nordic combined: the Kandersteg Nordic Festival impressed with top-level competitions, a fantastic atmosphere and a diverse programme.
During one weekend, the Nordic Festival Kandersteg will host competitions of the national «Swiss Nordic Trophy» series. Young athletes under the age of 16 from across Switzerland will compete for best times and longest distances in cross-country skiing, biathlon, ski jumping and Nordic combined.
In addition, the Nordic Festival Kandersteg offers a unique opportunity for participants to try out all disciplines in a fun format (XC cross, fun biathlon and fun ski jumping) and to connect with the community across disciplines.
Entertainment and activities also play a key role. A Nordic Festival Village will be set up at the railway station, where visitors can try Nordic sports themselves. This initiative aims to further promote youth development within Ski Club Kandersteg.
