The Board of Directors is the top executive body of the National Nordic Ski Centre Kandersteg (NNSK) and is responsible for the strategic matters of the Nordic Arena. Its members bring together years of experience, strategic thinking and a strong network across sport, business and politics.

As the link between strategic management and daily operations, the Operations Committee is responsible for running the facility. It ensures the implementation of the Board of Directors’ objectives and manages the Nordic Arena’s administrative office.
